Last Tuesday it was time again for the Ms. Foundation Women of Vision Awards, and much to the surprise of fans, Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and her mother Doria Ragland appeared together on the black carpet. And the three opted for special transport.
Royal rental
Meghan Markle had hung her neutrals in the closet for the special evening, and went for a strapless gold midi dress by Johanna Ortiz. Although she looked very glamorous that evening, her arrival at the event was not that flashy. For example, Meghan, Prince Harry and her mother Doria Ragland were driven to the ceremony, entering through the neighboring Hertz car rental company.

A hilarious face, and a lot of fans on Twitter think so too. For example, someone writes: “I don’t understand! Why the Hertz office?” Another fan notes that even the employees of the rental car company are surprised, captioning the video: “Look at the face of the Hertz landlady!”
Ms. Foundation
The evening was hosted by activist, journalist, feminist icon and bestie of Meghan, Gloria Steinem, who is also the co-founder of Ms Foundation. During her speech, the Duchess says that she remains inspired and driven by the organization. “It enabled me to recognize that part of my greater worth and purpose in life was to advocate for those who felt unheard, to stand up against injustice and not be afraid to say what is true and what is just and what is right,” said the Duchess.

After the coronation
This event was the first public event Harry and Meghan attended together since he made the solo journey to the King’s coronation earlier this month. Meghan then stayed behind in California with their two children Archie and Lilibet.
