European head of Bilderberg Victor Halberstadt denies to Bilderberg that he is Victor Halberstadt

The Bilderberg conference is in full swing in Lisbon. Charlie Skelton has long reported on the meeting for the British newspaper The Guardian.

This year something remarkable happened at the conference. Economist Victor Halberstadt of Leiden University is closely involved in the shady Bilderberg group and a frequent guest.

Skin cream

On Thursday, just before the conference started, The Guardian ran into the European head of Bilderberg on the streets of Lisbon. Halberstadt had just come out of a pharmacy where he had bought skin cream.

Halberstadt declined to speak to the newspaper. In fact, he flatly denied being Victor Halberstadt. The Bilderberger quickly jumped into a Mercedes which took him back to the hotel.

World Economic Forum

From 1980 to 2000, he served as Honorary Secretary General of the Bilderberg Conference. Since 1990 he has been a member of the Faculty of the World Economic Forum. In 2018 he was awarded the Cross of Honor in the House Order of Orange for his ‘many services’ to the Royal House. He was previously appointed Knight in the Order of the Netherlands Lion.
